Nikki serves as Strategic Marketing Manager at YeS! Creative Marketing, where she partners closely with clients to understand their goals and translate them into thoughtful, results-driven strategies. She oversees accounts, supports campaign execution, and helps ensure each client’s marketing efforts align with sustainable growth and long-term success.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Nikki brings a diverse professional background spanning agency, nonprofit, financial, and SaaS environments. Throughout her career, she has led client relationships, built partnership programs from the ground up, managed teams as a bank manager, and helped organizations clarify their vision and execute with intention. She believes strong client service is rooted in partnership — listening well, communicating clearly, and providing strategic guidance that supports meaningful growth.

Outside of work, Nikki enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and diving into creative projects. A naturally curious learner and proud Swiftie, her playlists range from pop and hip hop to punk rock and Broadway depending on the mood. She collects books, has a well-known sweet tooth (a brownie with vanilla ice cream is hard to beat), and considers herself a professional “dot-connector,” always looking for ways to bring people together and create spaces where meaningful conversations can happen.
